General
- What is this product used for?
It is designed to protect floors and finished surfaces from impacts, scratches and spills during construction, renovation, maintenance and pre-handover works.
- What surfaces can it be used on?
Hardwood, engineered wood, laminate, vinyl (LVT / SPC / WPC), ceramic and porcelain tile, sealed marble and natural stone, sealed concrete and suitable countertops. Surfaces should be clean, dry and finished, and a small patch test is recommended before full application.
- What product options are available?
Three protection grades: Standard Protection for general construction, renovation and maintenance; Enhanced Protection where higher durability is required; and Heavy-Duty Protection for demanding, higher-wear jobsite conditions.

Application & Usage
- Does the product have adhesive and how is it installed?
It is a non-adhesive product and must be secured with tape at edges, joints and overlaps. Lay sheets flat with a 2–4 inch overlap and cut to size as needed.
- How can movement be prevented?
Secure edges properly, fix overlaps and reinforce high-traffic areas. Any shifting indicates the material has not been secured sufficiently.
- Is it suitable for foot traffic and spills?
Yes — it is suitable for normal construction foot traffic and protects against spills and dirt. Keep the surface clean and edges properly secured.

Performance
- Is it waterproof and breathable?
Yes. The product is designed to provide waterproof protection while allowing moisture vapour to escape.
- Is the product reusable?
Yes. The material is designed for reuse, subject to its condition after use.
- Is it slip resistant?
It has a textured / matte surface on both sides designed to provide surface grip. Performance depends on the application and surface conditions.
- Is it resistant to chemicals and staining?
It is designed to provide chemical resistance and non-staining performance. For specific chemicals or sensitive surfaces, testing is recommended before use.
- Is an FR version available?
Yes. Flame-retardant (FR) construction is available as a custom-order option.

Limitations & Surface Safety
- Will it damage the floor underneath?
When used correctly on clean, dry and suitable surfaces, the product is designed to protect without causing damage. Prolonged use on sensitive surfaces should be avoided.
- Can it be used outdoors or on wet surfaces?
It may be used outdoors with a reduced lifespan depending on exposure, but it should not be applied on wet, damp, uneven or unstable surfaces.
- Is it safe to walk on and should it be tested before use?
It is safe to walk on when properly installed and secured, but loose areas may create a trip hazard. Always test on a small, inconspicuous area before full application.

Removal, Storage & Troubleshooting
- How is the product removed and stored?
Remove the securing tape first, then lift and roll or fold the material carefully. Store it in a clean, dry, dust-free environment and avoid placing heavy objects on top.
- What common issues may occur during use?
Shifting, wrinkles or lifting edges usually result from improper installation and can be resolved by repositioning the material and securing edges and overlaps properly.
